Von & Bick Healthcare Associates is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. The ADON will assist in the overall management and administration of the nursing department, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be well-versed in nursing protocols, and possess a thorough understanding of healthcare management. Since this is a remote position, we seek someone who is experienced and qualified.

- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the nursing department.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and training of nursing personnel.
- Monitor patient care and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage patient records and documentation using Generations software, Docusign, Adobe, and Microsoft 365.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- With at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficient in Generations software, Docusign, Adobe, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
